Klientas: “CSC Baltic”

In 2006, one of the largest IT companies in the world, Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), decided to expand their business in the Baltic States and to establish their subsidiary company CSC Baltic, UAB. The new company had to launch its business activities just within 6 weeks.

CSC applied to BPO House and invited our team to cooperate. Within 6 weeks two offices were rented at Savanorių St. and Kirtimų St. in Vilnius. CSC Baltic outsourced from BPO House professionals development of their non-core business areas: office administration, recruitment of employees, personnel documentation management, and payroll calculation.  This way CSC Baltic, UAB could spend all their energy on their core business development and to successfully start their business activities. Soon CSC Baltic decided to create more jobs and to establish themselves in a new larger office.  Therefore, BPO House received a new task – to find and prepare a new office. The BPO team is happy that it has done so much within such a short period of time and that the new CSC Office was opened in time!

Mikkel Bach, the Head of CSC admits that the needs of CSC Baltic are much higher than those of an average company and the CSC quality requirements are very high. However BPO House has met all of our expectations. We are grateful to BPO House for their close cooperation, excellent understanding of our needs, and their professional job.
