Latest "BPO House" customer win – "Gemma" Group became a new client

Tomas Milaknis started to hold the office of CEO of “BPO House”

From 4 January 2011 Tomas Milaknis will hold the office of CEO of “BPO House”, at the same time he will continue to hold the office of the CEO of Alna Group. The former director of “BPO House” Rasa BumblienÄ— will work as Executive Director of Alna Group.

"BPO House" – a company of "Alna Group", which provides bookkeeping, payroll accounting, personnel administration, personnel recruitment and selection, and office supplies management services.

According to Tomas Milaknis, changes in the responsibilities are a consistent step towards implementation of the company’s strategy. The company has successfully gone through crisis period and now it’s high time for further expansion. Different market situations require to achieve different goals; therefore, the responsibilities of the managers change too.

A company of "Alna Group" – "BPO House", UAB, which provides business process outsourcing services, has strengthened its position in the market. Last week, "BPO House", successfully completed the process of integration into its structure of a newly acquired employee recruitment and selection company.
„We have previously also pursued employee recruitment schemes, however, now we have strengthened our position in this sector. We have been consistently expanding our activities and currently we are the only company in Lithuania, which provides all business process outsourcing services“– says Tomas Milaknis, founder of "BPO House", UAB.
"BPO House" launched its activities in 2008 and became a rapidly growing company. As of 2009, the company expands its services in all Baltic States. The Company provides services to more than 30 Lithuanian and foreign companies, manages 4200 square meters (45.208, 42 square feet) of office space, provides payroll services to 900 employees, the wages whereof amounts to 43 million litas annually. When companies reduce their expenses and optimize operational costs, business process outsourcing becomes a quickly expanding business. “BPO House”, business process outsourcing company, acquired company “BPT paslaugos” bookkeeping and payroll accounting business. This acquisition was the last step in “BPO House” expansion stage.
According “BPO House” director ŽydrÅ«nas Matuzas, with this acquisition “BPO House” expanded services in a very important area. “Bookkeeping as a service was necessary for our clients”, - said Ž.Matuzas. Quality of the services, advanced IT tools and merge of two strong teams will strength positions in the market.

"Alna Business Solutions" transfers business process management services to a newly incorporated company

Alna Business Solutions, which launched its business process management outsourcing services in 2006, has relocated this business to a newly established company - BPO House, UAB, a company that provides bookkeeping, payroll administration, personnel management, personnel recruitment & selection, as well as office supplies administration services. Mr. Žydrūnas Matuzas, who has been having one of senior managerial posts at Alna Business Solutions since 2006, was appointed for the position of Director at BPO House, UAB.
“During this economic period, when companies are trying to reduce their expenses, business process management outsourcing allows companies to pay more attention to their core business activities, especially when cost-saving and efficiency increasing needs to be achieved.
